Power Core Yoga, Yogalates or Hot Yoga - 9:45AM (Online Classes are available) 
Yogalates - A  blend of Yoga and Pilates, this class promotes strength and toning.

Yoga  Online -  Can't make it to class? No problem. You can now experience yoga classes online. Classes can be scheduled during regular class time or individually.


Yoga Massage - Learn how to relieve pain, release tension and work into the lower back, neck shoulders, and feet. This service can be added on to any of your yoga classes.

Power Yoga - This is a flowing yoga sequence that focuses on building strength, toning and breathe flow. This class is great for all levels.

Power Core Yoga - This class is for all yoga levels designed to strengthen and tone core muscles.

Hot Yoga - Hot Yoga is a yoga sequence that takes place in a heated room.

Deep Stretch - This class works to stretch and elongate muscles to increase flexibility and ease muscle tightness and soreness.

Hot Power  Yoga - This is a vinyasa style flow class done in moderate heat. This class works to improve strength, toning and flexibility.

Aerial Yoga - This is a beginner and intermediate class where we practice in the yoga swing.

Chair Yoga - Chair Yoga is a vinyasa style class done seated and standing using the chair for support. The class improves focus, breathing, strength, toning, and flexibility.
