Since 2004, Tiffany has been providing healthy solutions to help clients reach their goals through great health, wellness and yoga instruction. "I am a RYT-200 yoga instructor. I have taught Yoga for Hive, Hoops n Fitness, Frank Bailey Senior Center, LA Fitness, Ladies Workout Express, Kaiser Permanente, CNN, and Turner Broadcasting. I am a multi style instructor teaching restorative, ashtanga, power, vinyasa, and hot yoga. I began Temple Wellness to offer worksite wellness programs, fitness, yoga and wellness travel, wellness events and wellness coaching.
Class Descriptions
Yogalates
A blend of Yoga and Pilates, this class promotes strength and toning.
Power Yoga
This is a flowing yoga sequence that focuses on building strength, toning and breathe flow. This class is great for all levels.
Power Core Yoga
This class is for all yoga levels designed to strengthen
and tone core muscles.
Hot Yoga
A yoga sequence that takes place in a heated room.
The room is heated to around 95 degrees or more.
Hot Power Yoga
This is a vinyasa style flow class done in moderate heat.
This class works to improve strength, toning and flexibility.
Deep Stretch
This class works to stretch and elongate muscles to increase flexibility and ease muscle tightness and soreness.
Aerial Yoga
This is a beginner and intermediate class
where we practice in the yoga swing.
Chair Yoga
A vinyasa style class done seated and standing
using the chair for support. The class improves
focus, breathing, strength, toning, and flexibility.
Yoga Massage
Learn how to relieve pain, release tension
and work into the lower back, neck shoulders, and feet.
This service can be added on to any of your yoga classes.
